Our patterns:
What sort of machine do I need?
Currently, all of our patterns are for standard gauge domestic knitting machines. However, we also have some patterns in the works for chunky domestic machines too! All of our patterns are written for Brother machines, however if you have a Silver Reed, Knitmaster or any other flatbed domestic machine the patterns are easily translatable.
What sizes can I make?
Currently our accessory patterns are one size fits all, and clothing patterns are UK sizes 6-16. However, we do plan to expand this size range up to 20 with future patterns.
Will there be hand knitting patterns?
Currently we just specialise in machine knitting patterns, as this is where we see a gap in the market that needs modern work. Hand knitting patterns are something we may also add in the future, but as this is not our speciality we may need help. If you have experience translating machine patterns to hand knit, we would love to hear from you! Get in touch via our contact page.
Pre made garments:
What does "Made to order" mean?
Made to order is a process where we only start knitting once we've received your order. This means we only ever create exactly what is needed, making our brand as sustainable as possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Due to our 'made to order' process, your garment will take longer to arrive than you may be used to from highstreet brands. Therefore, please allow extra time for your garment to arrive if you are buying for a specific occasion. Our window from placing your order to delivery is typically 2-3 weeks for UK customers, and 3-4 weeks for everywhere else. If you need your garment sooner than this, we can sometime accommodate. For this, please get in touch via our contact page before placing your order, with the date you would need your order by and we will let you know if this would be possible.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns, as well as exchanges for a different size if your garment wasn't quite the right fit. To qualify for your return or exchange, we must receive your return within 14 days of it being delivered to you. Your garments must also still have all tags and no signs of wear or use.
We thoroughly quality control check all our pieces before they're sent out, but in the event your garment has arrived faulty please get in touch through our contact page and we'll discuss appropriate solutions.
Do you offer custom pieces?
All of our dresses and skirts can have a few inches added or taken off the bottom to ensure the best fit for your height. Please use our contact page to send us your order number and height. Any other customisation depends on our availability and may come at extra cost, but please reach out via our contact page with your request.
