FAQ

What does "Made to order" mean?

Made to order is a process where we only start knitting once we've received your order. This means we only ever create exactly what is needed, making our brand as sustainable as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to our 'made to order' process, your garment will take longer to arrive than you may be used to from highstreet brands. Therefore, please allow extra time for your garment to arrive if you are buying for a specific occasion. Our window from placing your order to delivery is typically 2-3 weeks for UK customers, and 3-4 weeks for everywhere else.  If you need your garment sooner than this, during less busy periods we may be able to accommodate. For this, please get in touch via our contact page before placing your order with the date you'll need your order by and we'll let you know if this will be possible.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns to exchange your garment for another size if it wasn't quite the right fit, but no returns for refunds. Hours of work go in to hand crafting each piece so unfortunately its just not possible for our business at this stage. We thoroughly quality control check all our pieces before they're sent out, but in the event your garment has arrived faulty please get in touch through our contact page and we'll discuss appropriate solutions.

Do you offer custom pieces?

All of our dresses can have a few inches added to or taken off the bottom to ensure the best fit for your height! Please use our contact page to send us your order number and height. Any other customisation depends on our availability and may come at extra cost, but please reach out via our contact page with your request.
